A request is reviewed before service, timing or outcome is confirmed.
These demo terms explain the separation between request review, callout, assessment and approved work.
Authorization
The requester must have lawful authority and provide appropriate proof at the property. Work can stop if authority remains unclear.
Callout and assessment
An accepted visit covers the agreed attendance and assessment scope. It does not guarantee entry, repairability or a particular result.
Additional work and materials
Labor, hardware and changes to scope require explanation and approval before they begin.
Safe access and service limits
A responsible person, safe working area and accurate property information may be required. Unsupported specialist work is not included.
